How to add email accounts

Suppose your domain name is example.com and Quintagroup is doing DNS for you. In this case, your incoming mail server will be mail.example.com, in other cases you use mail.quintagroup.com.

Assuming you have created the email account john.smith@example.com, create a new POP3 email account with the account name john_smith_example_com ("@" and "." separators replaced with "_"), the incoming POP3 email server to mail.example.com (or mail.quintagroup.com), and the password - the one you set up via MailManager (or we gave you if we set your mail up for you). Set the outgoing email server to whatever your ISP has given you. 

Note: Your account name must be your full email address (e.g., john.smith@example.com), not just the box name (i.e., the part of your email address that comes before the @).

How to add email account in Mail User Agents:

Note: Basically, if you want to send email you will have to use your ISP's mail server for your outgoing email since they know who you are based on your IP address.  If your ISP don't offer SMTP please contact us, We'll  help you.
