How to Add Email Accounts
Suppose your domain name is example.com. Your incoming mail server will be pop3.quintagroup.com or imap.quintagroup.com. In case Quintagroup is doing DNS for you - you can use mail.example.com.*
Assuming you have created the email account firstname.lastname@example.org, create a new POP3 email account with the account name email@example.com **, the incoming POP3 email server - pop3.quintagroup.com, and the password - the one you set up via MailManager (or we gave to you if we set your mail up for you).
How to add email account in Mail User Agents:
Note: Basically, if you want to send email you will have to use your ISP's mail server for your outgoing email since they know who you are based on your IP address. If your ISP don't offer SMTP please contact us, we will help you.
* You will see a warning message, using SSL connection with domain mail.example.com.
** Your account name must be your full email address (firstname.lastname@example.org), NOT just the box name (part of your email address that comes before @).
